This was the worse experience I’ve ever had, and I travel often. I’m from out of town and was trying to stay close to the city without staying in the city. When I tell you this was the dirtiest most disgusting place I have ever stayed, that is an understatement. My sheets on my bed were visibly dirty upon arrival. We called to get more and was told that they didn’t have any. So that night I slept in my clothes on top of the comforter wit cigarette burns on it. And the following day when i asked the desk clerk if the room had been cleaned, he yelled at me and was very rude. The bathroom was as the most disgusting thing. Visibly caked up dirt on the floors, moldy shower curtain, filthy shower walls with hair on them. And the water did not get hot. When I asked for towels at 8 am when we needed to shower, we were rudely told that, “housekeeper will be here at 10:30!” And we didn’t receive clean towels until around noon. All in all I felt filthy and dirty the whole time I was there. Oh and the “included” breakfast was honeybuns and choc chip muffins. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ☹️
