The facility was well cleaned when we arrived, and the parking works out great for multiple vehicles. The management was very responsive when the lift chair was stuck over the hot tub with a dead battery, so they removed it so we had full use of the hot tub perimeter. We really enjoyed the hot tub!The space does not have much sound proofing, and most all bedrooms can hear the conversations and kitchen noises at all times. Some curtains or acoustic fabric on the glass walls and ceilings would help.The dining room had adequate seating for our group of nearly 30, which we greatly appreciated. But the kitchen is not well stocked for cooking; no sugar, no dish towels, only one set of bowls, kitchen sink VERY slow to drain, so keep this in mind if you plan on cooking much.Several of the showers did not get adequate hot water, especially on the 2nd floor, and even our shower on the 1st floor had to run for a full 8-10 minutes before the water got hot. Don't know if this was related to cooler winter weather(never below freezing while we were there), but it did mean that certain bathrooms were not useful for showering.The location is great for walking to the Bywater and Marigny, and easy ride share to French Quarter.
