«We stayed here with 3 families that all had children ranging from toddlers to teens. The check in process was super easy and the host was incredibly responsive. The property was clean and modern. The outside set up was beautiful. The only downside to our entire trip was just the lack of a good swimming area for the kiddos, but that was easily solved with a quick boat ride across the river to a nice sandy area where the kids could swim. Close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Sufficient parking for 2-4 cars. «This property was perfect for a 3 day stay in Bullhead City for a softball tournament. The kitchen was well stocked, and the amenities well thought out. The gathering places were wonderful, especially the decks over looking the Colorado River.
