Overall, it was a decent stay. The room itself was nice, but the hot water took nearly 20 minutes to heat up, which isn’t ideal if you value your time. The room also lacked basic furniture like a desk, so if you need to work, your only options are the couch, a lounge chair, or the bed.
I asked multiple times for additional espresso pods, but housekeeping consistently left only two at a time despite the machine clearly having space for four, which felt unnecessarily cheap. To top it off, the paid parking lot next to the building lacks security cameras, and my rental car was broken into overnight—my driver’s side window was smashed.
Overall, I would likely stay elsewhere next time I’m in Kansas City.
