«Deidre was a wonderful host. Very communicative. She answered every question promptly. She stocked the apartment with extra items like coffee and oatmeal in the kitchen, and toothpaste in the bathroom. These are items that you don’t find in other VRBOs. I appreciated being able to park my rental car on the driveway. Location was great, close to shops and restaurants and the beach. And she gave the best restaurant suggestions! I enjoyed my stay.»

«Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us.»

«I first the ad promoted 2 bed room and it’s was only one with a person next to you second the owner was horrible with communication check in was at 4 I couldn’t check in until 8 just to view a little room with dead roaches on the sheats and covers I didn’t even stay i simply went to a motel and lost money booking this property the owner say he lock out he can’t give refund»

«We stayed with our 2 adult children for a long birthday weekend. The host was responsive to all of our emails. The location was great to get on a subway (4 blocks), or to walk/run in Central park or go the other way to the river which has a nice pedestrian walkway. Also, close to 5th Aue, the Plaza Hotel, St. Patrick's Cathedral, and a lot of restaurants. Also, the little diner at the end of the block is great, as is the bagel shop around the corner for a quick bagel and coffee in the morning. ...

«Very clean. Nicely renovated, and close enough to walk to the subway. Description is accurate, and does state this is an apartment, however, it fails to mention that there are 4 families living there and the soundproofing is next to none. People just walking upstairs is loud, not to mention if there’s any yelling or kids playing loudly. Very nice apartment, very attentive owner and manager, but know you will be sharing it closely (like connecting doors close).»
