«This was a perfect place to stay for the weekend as we were in town for a soccer tournament. Very close to downtown but far enough away so it was quiet and very convenient to all the highways as well. Christian made it a very easy check in process and was in communication with us before our arrival as well as checking in after we got there to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future when we come back to Richmond! Thanks for a great weekend stay!»

«We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, cheery and comfortable and close to everything we needed. 6 min walk to the Convention Center. The only negative really is the first impression from the street. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is only accessible from a private parking lot beside the building and up a big set of wooden stairs. «We came into town looking for a room where we could walk to the Science Museum and get a ride to the Bottom for dinner. Our stay was excellent and would book here our next time in RVA. «We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was a perfect space for my husband and our baby. Plenty of space for the 3 of us, and everything was perfectly clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and enjoying the view. The neighborhood is also fantastic! Lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. We visit Richmond regularly and think this might be our home away from home from now on.»

Hvorfor har dette hotellet 4 stjerner?
"Hotellet bærer preg av å en gang ha vært et fint hotell, men nå er det veldig slitent og trenger sårt oppussing. Hotellet hadde ikke tilgang til treningsrom eller svømmebasseng, og frokosten var elendig. På rommet var det hull i taket etter tidligere lysekroner, sengene var helt utslitt og gynget som vannsenger, og det er ikke engang kjøleskap. I tillegg røkte noen på et av naborommene hash, og dette spredte seg gjennom airconditioningen til vårt rom, slik at vi ble kvalme og uvelle. Det som var positivt, er at hotellet ligger i et fint strøk av byen."
