«This place was perfect in size for what we needed. I will say it smelled like dog. The bathroom rug had what looked like dog hair on it. The pictures were definitely photoshopped. The yard doesn’t look like the pictures. Don’t was a little misleading. The surrounding homes are not kept well and I was wearing of staying here. They could definitely use better outside lighting and a better walkway to the cottage.The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would probably stay here again just ...

«If you love the coast but are not as thrilled with living among the touristy CROWDS, this place is perfect for you! Near the beaches, near the trails, near the restaurants, near shopping.........it has it all PLUS the peace & quiet of a small neighborhood. «My husband and I came to Destin for a few days together. The condo was perfect for the 2Of us. The kitchen is small but we ate all of our meals out so that didn’t bother us. We didn’t plan to cook on vacation anyways.»

«The house is decorated nicely. The shower was a unbelievably small. You can’t even turn around hardly in it. The management company failed to communicate with the owners about the unsafe feelings we felt staying at the house due to the neighborhood. We had asked to not have to stay and never heard about which is very I called for when it’s goes to a safety issue. »

«Overall great location. Close to the beach. Enough room and amenities. Pool was great. The sofa in the living room needs to be replaced asap. Too many stains and long time wear. Luckily there were throws we could cover up to stretch out comfortably. There is only one tv in the living room. Walls need to washed down or due for a painting overall. «Nice place, the pool and hot tub were definitely the stars of the stay! We did have constant wifi problems, the wifi our unit was supposed to have did not exist. The upstairs unit is very, very, very loud- think of a herd of elephants above you. The cieling has lots of marks on it, probably from people beating on the cieling to get the unit upstairs to quit pounding the ground so loudly.
