Casa verde is located in a residential neighborhood you will be close enough to get to all attractions within 10 minutes but far enough to not hear any of the loud partying and city noise at night! 5 minute drive to Baha Mar! 10 minute drive to Atlantis! Our team and I go above and beyond to make sure all of our guests have an AMAZING stay. Coming for a honey moon and looking for romantic spots? Message us! Coming for a work trip and need transportation arranged to and from the airport, reservations arranged or group activities arranged? Message us! We are here to help plan your trip for any occasion. Modern newly renovated unit is a cozy relaxing space. Our home is located in an historic area of the Bahamas and is warm and cozy providing that home away from home for our guest. Colourful and comfortable giving it the real island feeling and flavour. The apartment is a wonderful and private space that is perfect for anyone looking to Live Local. Experience the people, our neighbors and culture. The space is furnished with calming Island decor, 9 foot ceilings with recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, hardwood cabinets and granite countertops. A modern take on an Island Oasis!
Guest access
Our guests will enjoy full access to their bedrooms and bathroom, living kitchen, and the yard! The apartment is newly renovated and we have not finished landscaping our yard so please excuse its simplicity. It's a work in process!

Complimentary Car Rental is provided to all renters who are 25 or older with a valid driver's license! Deposit required and Insurance is sold separately! Basic Liability Package is $35 or you can provide your own insurance once it meets the rental company's the liability, collision and comprehensive requirements.

AC not needed between months of November to April but available upon request. Between months of May and November I would recommend AC usage. AC surcharge fee is $20 per day for both AC units.

We are minutes away from tourist attractions, nightlife and great shopping. Visit the World Famous Twin Brothers Restaurant at the Fish Fry for fresh conch salad and daiquiris or head on to Senor Frogs for some entertainment or dance the night away at Baha Mar! There's something for everyone just around the corner!
