I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, it was a very poor experience. Despite the cold weather, there was absolutely no heat in the rooms, leaving us freezing every night. However, there was heat in the gift shop. When we looked for help, we found that a majority of the staff were rude and unhelpful. The resort itself feels very outdated. Our room lacked a mini-fridge, the box spring was broken, and the toilet made a loud, jarring noise every time it flushed. Even the elevator was malfunctioning, requiring us to squeeze through doors that wouldn’t open fully. To make matters worse, there are no food options available after 10 PM and no bottled water for guests. The entertainment was repetitive and uninspired, with the same band playing every night to a crowd of board guests. Finally, I was shocked to be charged a non-negotiable $200 fee for a plastic wristband. Given the lack of basic amenities and poor service, I cannot recommend this resort and gave it 1star because I had no other choice.
