Welcome to CoWrite, a new kind of hotel experience in Nashville, where each of our highly stylized and playful lofts are designed to inspire our guests through the power of music.

With nods to the beaches of the Pacific and the laid back coastal vibe, this space is sure to have you California dreamin’ about Nashville as the Third Coast with this stunning, balconied loft, offering room to sleep 6. Overlook the communal courtyard, where you can soak up the summer sun, or indulge with a coffee and taco from our famous neighbor,

Ladybird, on your own private balcony. If the Tennessee heat doesn’t get you sweating, a spin class at Full Ride will, and when you’re ready to pamper yourself, book a facial at Face. Bike, walk and roam through 12th South – one of Nashville’s premiere neighborhoods. Live like a local, while being cared for by our hospitality team. West Coast may be the “best” coast, but the Third Coast is the Preferred Coast!

Other things to note

Please note that this unit is located above Full Ride Cycle, a fitness studio. While we have taken measures to minimize noise, including extra soundproofing and providing sound machines, it is possible to hear music in the early mornings. We have received minimal complaints about this, but it is something to be aware of if your group is sensitive to noise. Thank you for your understanding.

Lovely, modern and spacious place. Very close to 12 South and an easy ride into downtown Nashville. We really enjoyed staying here and would readily do so again. Host was great and easy to work with. (Regarding cycling class noise, was more like background noise and not a problem for us for the few classes a day. )

We had a wonderful stay at The Third Coast – 12 South. The property was spotless, stylish, and located in a safe, convenient neighborhood. With two bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), each featuring comfortable beds, it easily accommodated our needs. The open kitchen, cozy sitting area, and soaring ceilings created a bright, inviting space.The neighborhood itself is quiet and only a short walk to the heart of 12 South. All of the apartments overlook a pleasant open courtyard with seating, perfect for relaxing. It’s a peaceful spot—more upscale and classy than the typical bachelor-party rental. We felt very fortunate to have found this property and would highly recommend it.

Perfect place

We throughly enjoyed out stay on 12 South. The pictures don’t do it justice. The condo is beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. The owners were so kind and communicated everything we needed to know.Also lady bird taco is delicious! We loved our breakfast there.

Excellent place and location! Stayed here with another couple. Although we could hear the cycle bar, it was not bothersome. (However, we are all early risers.) Nice area to walk in the morning, with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Had a great stay!

Great location from Airport & Downtown

This place was even better in real life if that’s possible! It’s so centrally located to the airport, downtown and the famous 12 Ave North shoppes! The communication from the hosts were spot on and anything g we needed they were quick to respond. We’ll definitely rent from them next time in Nashville!!A 5 star rating in our book!

Quick Get Away

What a fun stay. This property is in a fantastic location. Really cute neighborhood with lots of fun restaurants. Took about 30min to get from the airport and to the Opry. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. The noise from the spin studio that the property manager warned us about was fine. Only a couple of classes that we were around to hear. There are stairs. Up to the property and up to the second bedroom. The Couch and chairs could use an update. Check in/out were super easy and communication with host couldn’t have been better. Overall a great stay!

Honestly the space was better than the pictures. Stocked with everything you would need for an easy weekend in Nashville. They were super accommodating with last minute needs & even gave us a complimentary gift card to an adjacent restaurant.

Love this place

Great place. Love the location. They were super obvious and open about the cycle workout facility below. They literally started at 8:00 a.m. and while we could hear it it was not at all as loud as I expected. Can't say enough good things

Girls weekend

The condo was perfect for our group of 4. We only a couple blooms from the 12 south neighborhood. This neighborhood has shopping and food. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Only a few blocks from Publix too. A 10$ Uber downtown. It’s he located and size was perfect for us.

Perfect location!

My husband and I stayed here with our toddler and it was a nice place to stay! Clean, thoughtfully decorated, and comfortable. Great neighborhood, so walkable to multiple different places. There's was a small issue with the back door not locking and the hosts replied promptly and came over the next day to show us the trick to get it to lock (you lift that handle.) Now the reason you're reading this review: the noise. If you're not an early riser you don't want to stay here, it legit feels and sounds like you're above a dance club. If the noise doesn't wake you the vibrations will. We're usually up with our toddler between 6 and 7 which is when the classes start so it wasn't an issue for us but if you're not up and about by then you probably won't be able to sleep through it unless you're staying in the upstairs bedroom and a super heavy sleeper. The downstairs bedroom was probably the loudest spot. They have a digital sound machine but we travel with our mini version anyway and it really didn't help in this case. Maybe earplugs? And we didn't have anyone staying in the living room but if someone was they would get up with the sub because the second story windows don't have any coverings and the sunrise comes right in there. It's beautiful but not a viable sleeping place. Overall I was happy with the property and hosts and would stay in another unit in the building. It's funny how the quiet hours were listed but that doesn't seem to apply to the businesses I suppose? Not th

Great for us!

Writing a more detailed review since there aren’t any yet on VRBO. This was a great spot for a Nashville getaway, IF… -stairs are okay for you. There are two short flights from the free, safe parking to the unit, and a staircase to the upstairs bedroom. -you are an early riser. You WILL hear (and feel) the cycle gym below. Weekdays, this begins before 6:30 AM for about 45 minutes. Weekends start a bit later, but last longer. If you are still reading, you’ll have a safe and super cute stay! You’ll find very comfy memory foam beds and pillows, stylish furnishings, and a fully stocked kitchen. The individual patio gets morning sun, and there is a common outdoor area just outside your door with a variety of seating options. It’s very well lit, so anyone sleeping on the sofabed would be well served with an eye mask. Three of us were very comfortable (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs). The kitchen was well equipped including three options to make coffee (drip, k-cup, French press) although there are multiple options for good coffee within minutes, including Ladybird right downstairs. Location was perfect. It is just a few blocks walk to the great 12 South area, and just a bit longer walk or very short drive to Melrose/8 S. Rideshare to Downtown/Broadway was less than $10 each way — cheaper than parking. Hosts were very communicative and responsive through the app. We had a light bulb out, and it was replaced immediately. Would stay again!
