De som ser etter den sanne "Jeg bor på Broadway" -opplevelsen, se ikke lenger enn denne leiligheten. Dette er definitivt den kuleste enheten på denne leiligheten. Den forrige leietaker installerte sin egen hems i dette nydelige 3-sengsrommet, 1 badplass på historiske 2. Ave. Leilighetene ser over 2. Ave og The Wild Horse Saloon. Du er på hjørnet av Broadway og 2nd Ave. 4 kvartaler fra Bridgestone-området, en kort spasertur over Shelby Street Bridge til Nissan Stadium og 5,5 kvartaler til Music City Center. Dette er historiske leiligheter. Det betyr at de er litt større enn typiske sentrumsleiligheter. Kom med alle fasiliteter: memory foam madrasser, komplett kjøkken, bad forsyninger, sengetøy, hårføner, og kaffetrakter med K-Cups. Mens Dyer arbeider for gode anmeldelser og minner, har bygningen mye karakter, vinduene er eldre, enheter er satt opp som effektivitet, og det er ikke et hotell. Du vil ønske å bli her fordi nærhet til alt sentrum. Det vil være omgivende støy på hverdager og helger. Vi vil validere for 1 bil i garasjen. Skulle du trenge mer parkering, er det mye over gaten for $ 40 / dag. Vi foreslår å gå eller bruke alternativ transport. Dyer ser frem til å vise deg en god tid i Nashvegas!

Location was great, but.....

The floors were dirty and sticky and hadnt been cleaned in awahile. The toilet hasn't been cleaned in months. There was a black slim ring in it and it never flushed correctly the whole time we were there. The house says you can have 8 sleep in the house. We were left witha half roll of tolet paper on and 2 rolls to spare for 4days we had a roll and a halt of paper towels and no dish towels. The bath towels were hardly big enough to cover your body. And there were no spares. location was great. The place has not been updated in years. and each person got 1. No extras from

The AC here was not good. Location is great but noise from strip can be heard. Enough beds etc. It would be nice if some small luxury’s were add like softer towels and better toilet paper, Rugs maybe a music player to connect to. Overall decent place to stay.

When Location is All That Matters...

Incredible location, very short walk from parking deck. Parking entry/exit was interesting. You text a number shown near keypad/ticket dispenser, and arm raises. Pretty seamless. The unit itself is pretty much what I expected, maybe a bit worse. The sofas in this place are trash. The most uncomfortable you will probably ever find. All beds are foam mattresses, so if you're like me you will probably sweat your butt off. Speaking of, the a/c here is pretty poor and they ask you to set to 74 or unit will freeze up. I certainly would not stay here in the summer, as it was warm upstairs in early March. The toilet is also terrible. How you can't spend $200 on a decent chair height elongated toilet blows my mind. Finally, it's a bit of a fun house. Have your shorter friend stand near the Dolly photo while you stand near the sofa, and wallah! They are magically taller than you. Overall, I would probably stay again in the cooler months.

Cannot beat the location!

The location of this place can’t be beat! Fantastic restaurants and coffee and bakeries feet away. They even provided earplugs but surprisingly overall it was pretty quiet. Only 2 complaints. The place has good water pressure but they need to invest in a new shower head because there’s almost nothing coming out of that thing, just happy I didn’t have to wash my thick hair. There’s no way I would have ever gotten all the soap out. Second is the bedroom with the 2 beds. It has a huge window in it facing the inside of the house and there’s a skylight and there were no curtains to block out the light it was VERY bright at 6AM. So nothing major and would absolutely stay here again but a new shower head and curtains covering by the large window would add much needed privacy and the option for sleep in past 6AM to that second bedroom.

Perfect Downtown Pad!

It was perfect for my daughter’s bachelorette party! We literally walked right out the door & was in all the action going on downtown. Never had to leave the parking garage we were able to walk everywhere! Beds were comfortable.

Close to broadway

Choose this house based on location. It is right off broadway which is exactly what we wanted. The house it self was pretty standard nothing fancy and the layout was a little weird. Don’t expect much in terms of kitchen gadgets exc. pretty much bare bones. 1 bedroom had a giant winder that overlooked the right of the house with no actual glass. Make sure to read fine print in listing you really do not have a parking spot you get one validation so if you want to leave to go any where from there on out the structure is 40$ a day! Also asked to check in an hour early and was told it would cost 200$ to do that… I would stay here again if I really wanted to be near broadway

It was not clean, no supplies, besides coffee. It smelled of marijuana the whole time, very noisy all night. the only good thing , was the bed was comfortable,

Convenient location to Broadway and Honky Tonks!

This was a convenient location to Broadway and the Honky Tonks! My mom, sister and I stayed here for a milestone birthday celebration. The property was clean, comfortable and as advertised. I would stay again. A couple of things to note - as is in most of Nashville, there are many homeless people. We were not harassed and did not have any issues, but it is unsettling and I didn't always feel safe when entering/exiting the property - however, the only way to get around that is to stay in a hotel and then it's not as conveniently located. Additionally, there is not an elevator. We were able to carry our luggage up all the stairs, but if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues, this is not the ideal property for you. Natural light - this unit is filled with natural light - which is great, except when you're trying to sleep in from being out late! Lol! The curtains in the living room did close, but not easily due to the style of the curtain rod. I would suggest management make some adjustments here if possible. The upstairs bedroom with the window to the living room was the darkest, although you could hear the music from the honky tonk across the street. Fortunately there was a box fan in the room that I was able to turn on for white noise. The bed was very comfortable! My mom and sister slept in the bedroom with the two beds and this room got quite a bit of light from the skylight in the hallway and the two windows into the bedroom from the hall. I might make a suggestion to management to add curtains here too (Or you could probably drape a sheet/towel over the window). The only other thing I wish the unit had was a half bath or second bath, but I knew it did not when I booked. Overall, it was a pleasant stay that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with easy walking access to everywhere downtown. As mentioned, I would stay here again.

Absolutely Wonderful!!

People who complain about the noise are crazy! I slept in the bed right by the outside wall and had no problem. You could hear music but not loud at all. The absolute PERFECT location! I will not stay anywhere else but here when I go back to Nashville now. Such an easy check in and out. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Close to everything fun!

Birthday Trip to Nashville

The property was in a great location! Loved being right there at Broadway. I know that there are some improvements being made. The door trim to the restroom was split and there were only 3 chairs at the kitchen table, but property was clean and we had a good time!

50 feet from Broadway! Super convenient.

The place was super close to Broadway and all the bars so it was totally convenient. However it wasn’t very clean, it was run down, and it was noisy because of the bars across the street playing music till 3 AM. If you’re looking for a party pad, this is your place. Don’t go here if you want to get a restful night’s sleep.

Great Location

The property was conveniently close to EVERYTHING. Check in and out process went smoothly. Property could use a few upgrades like mirrors in all rooms and better functioning curtains/drapes. Overall a great place to stay while visiting Music City!

Perfect for big groups

This property was in the perfect spot right off of broadway. Everything we wanted to do was less than a mile away. The property managers were quick to respond to my questions and were very accommodating. Very spacious unit. Would definitely stay again

Great Location

The location is what sells this place. If you’re going to Nashville for the bars on broadway, this is the place to book. Every bar is within a 5 min walk or less. The place was nice and spacious, the only thing I would say is bad is there is only one bathroom, but we made it work. Overall, it was a great stay and the owners were easy to communicate with. I would book this place again.

So much fun! However if you are a light sleeper and plan on being in bed before the music stops this may not be the place for you, or bring ear plugs! You can't get a better location. We had a blast.

Dirty and loud

Ceiling crumbling on us while sitting on the couch. The A/C unit line was frozen with a puddle of water and leaking bathroom sink. The most horrible thing about this unit is the uncleared vomit on the walls and dilapidated widows. If you wants to sleep before 3am or sleep past 6am this is not the place for you.

Great Location

GREAT LOCATION!!! Noisy at night time but its worth it to be just a few steps from Broadway! Very spacious! My only complaint (as someone mentioned before) is the only mirror in the entire place is a small one in the bathroom. This made it difficult for 6 girls to get ready at the same time! I would definitly stay here again!

Bachelorette party weekend

This VRBO is in the best location for anyone looking to be downtown. The beds were comfortable and they had all the amenities we needed. However, I am giving this VRBO a 4/5 stars because: -There was only one small mirror in the bathroom in the whole place. For a bunch of girls trying to get ready to hit the town, it was slightly challenging. I would suggest bringing a full length mirror or a bathroom mirror if you are in the same situation as us. -How parking was handled was not the best. We were given 2 parking validation stickers for our 3 day stay. We left the parking garage 3 times in that 3 day stay. We ended up losing one of the validation stickers as they are really small (yes I am aware this is really our fault), so we had to pay $80 in parking money at the garage. When I called the management company they said they would deliver more validation stickers. However, they were never delivered and when I asked about it again I was told they don't give any more stickers. I truly wish the parking situation would have been better handled. However, my bachelorette party trip was still a success!
