Dirty, outdated, and completely unacceptable — would not stay again.
The pool area was a breeding ground for bacteria. The temperature felt like a terrarium, and there was visible green algae growing on the pool deck. The pool itself had a thick chlorine film floating on the surface and, despite being advertised as heated, it was not even close to room temperature.
The room was just as bad. The television and remote were extremely outdated and took over an hour — plus a call to the front desk — just to get working. The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud, sounding like an airplane taking off every time it turned on, making it nearly impossible to sleep.
To make matters worse, the door locking mechanism was malfunctioning. It repeatedly unlocked and relocked itself every 30–45 minutes throughout the night, which felt both unsafe and disruptive.
After a sleepless night, we hoped breakfast might redeem the experience, but it did not. The food was lackluster and nearly inedible, with very limited options. Judging by the number of untouched plates and discarded food, we were clearly not the only guests who felt this way.
This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. What was supposed to be a happy celebration turned into a stressful and disappointing ordeal. I would not recommend staying here, and I certainly will not return.
