The rooftop`s calling — putting green under your feet, grill firing up, firepit glowing as the Nashville skyline takes over the night. This whiskey-themed 3-bedroom sleeps 13 across 10 beds, with a wet-bar lounge, TVs in every bedroom, and games for the in-between hours. Eight minutes from Broadway, built for bachelorettes, birthdays, and crews who`d rather skip the downtown markup. Reserve the rooftop now — your group will be planning the next trip before this one ends.
Level One – Drop-Off Floor
Roll into the one-car garage or grab the driveway spot — free street parking out front handles the rest of the crew. The first floor is your group`s home base for arrivals and downtime: a living room with a king-sized sleeper sofa and TV, a fully stocked kitchen for grocery hauls and late-night raids on the fridge, and a half bathroom right where you need it.
Level Two – The Sleep Floor
Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one en-suite) keep the whole crew sleeping on the same level — meaning no one`s solo on a different floor when it`s time to wind down. The primary suite is the prize: king-sized bed, twin futon, private balcony, and private en-suite bath. One guest bedroom has a queen for couples or solo travelers who want their own space. The other guest bedroom is built for the bachelorette/birthday squad, with four twin beds tucked together — your built-in slumber-party room. Every bedroom has its own TV, and bathroom essentials are stocked so no one`s running to a gas station at midnight.
Level Three – The Rooftop Show
The third floor is where the trip pays off. A cozy lounge with a wet bar, foosball, TV, and two twin beds gives the group an extra hangout space (and two more sleeping spots when the crew runs deep). Slide open the doors and the rooftop takes over: putting green, gas grill, gas firepit, ample seating, and a downtown skyline that earns its own slot in the trip recap.

The Neighborhood:
Just across the Cumberland River from downtown, East Nashville is the stomping ground of the city`s creative class, drawn here by the eclectic vibe, cultural diversity, and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. In the early aughts, the neighborhood helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved spots like Margot Cafe & Bar and Joyland — a reputation it still holds today. Locals fill the dive bars, craft cocktail lounges, coffee shops, and vintage stores scattered throughout the area. A few of our favorites: Retrograde Coffee, East Nashville Beer Works, Redheaded Stranger, Shugga Hi Bakery & Cafe, and Pearl Diver.
Getting Around:
Nashville is an Uber and Lyft-friendly city. Public transit is limited, so we suggest bringing a car or relying on ride-shares. Generally, you`re `10 minutes from everywhere` in Nashville. As with any city, we encourage guests to lock their vehicles and take standard safety precautions wherever they go.
