First room was dirty and no fridge or operaying microwave. Second room was in need of serious attention to the condition of the trim around the base boards and the crown molding and what looked like bullet holes in the wall filled with yellow silicon and the heat did not work. When we call the front desk around the condition of the second room we removed, they told us that they could provide us with a space here.We told them that would not be sufficient as our room also did not have a smoke detector. We don't want to use a space heater in a motel room with no smoke since they are in a potential fire hazard. We requested a refund for our stay so we could go somewhere else. They denied a refund and told us that we would have to wait until the manager was there in the morning to determine whether or not they would refund any or even part of our money, we were supposed to say there for 6 days, there was nothing we could do. We were already $500 invested into this nightmare. So they gave us a third room which was equipped with a smoke detector and functioning heat, but the floor in the room was absolutely atrocious, sticky disgusting feet black as soon as you touched it and there was pubs in the bathtub and the sink leaked from the u-trap all over the floor when you wa your hands, I went to the front desk and requested a broom and a mop and I was advised that they do not have them, I asked if they did not sweep or mop their floors in each room, and she told me we do not have mops
