Designed with groups in mind, this penthouse blends elevated style with all the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay (just bring your favorite cooking oil). Start your mornings with the Keurig coffee bar stocked with k-cups, then unwind after a night out with Smart TVs, cozy lounge spaces, and plenty of room to spread out across two spacious levels.

During your stay, enjoy thoughtful extras throughout the condo, including complimentary toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, extra bedding, pool towels, and a walk-in closet for added convenience. - This is a condo located in downtown Nashville. As pictured, this development sits near train tracks. We have provided a white noise machine and ear plugs for your convenience. As Nashville continues to grow, nearby construction is common and may be present during your stay. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the best location for your stay. Like any urban location, the presence of unhoused individuals may be experienced.
