WALK to Broadway, Honkey Tonks, Bridgestone Arena. Country Music Hall Of Fame, Tootsies, Ryman. FREE secure parking, FREE WiFi.

I am close by to help with anything you may need to want to give you your space to enjoy your stay .

We are located on the Riverfront in downtown Nashville in an area called Germantown .. It has chic restaurants in restored Victorian buildings and cafes along brick sidewalks, Germantown exudes period charm .
Former warehouse contain elegant boutiques selling high- end shoes and clothing, while Nashvilles Farmers Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce.
Nearby the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features Skyline views and monuments to Tennessee History.

The building is secure with access through our door system Latch I will give you access prior to your check in date it is an app with your email address . If you do not have a smart phone I can generate you a code to do manually .

We have 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths
1 bedroom is a king with en-suite bath
2 bedroom is 1 king bed outside of the 1/2 bath
3 bedroom is a king full bath just outside the door
full bath is in the hall
We have open parking first come first serve as well as some visitor spots in the secure garage , fully stocked kitchen with coffee water and a local Nashville treat.
We also have a patio to enjoy the skyline of Nashville as well as the watching the boats go down the river.

We are in urban downtown Nashville , .5 miles from Broadway you can Uber Lyft , Hop on Hop Off Trolly , Scooter , Taxi or walk to most anything !

We are in an urban area close to the train and the sites and sounds of the city around us , so those noises will be heard during your stay !
Please note this building is in the very heart of Nashville. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables outside of this building such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening outside at the time of your trip. This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the amenities/common areas and exterior/shared interior spaces.
We strive to deliver a wonderful stay and experience on everything we can control within the apartment itself to ensure you have a fabulous time in Nashville!

It’s a really wonderful place. We had everything we needed, and great communication with the property owners. The nearby train noise was not an issue. However there’s was quite a bit of noise from the tenants above walking around late at night, but overall this is a great spot to rent!

This rental had everything you could need. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The spaces are huge. The view of the river and bridge is nice. The balcony space was fine for our group of four to enjoy a nice happy hour. You are right beside the train bridge p, but that’s so quaint and the hosts provide sound machines in each bedroom in case you are sensitive to the noise (it’s not bad at all). The hosts were very communicative and so thoughtful. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, great view and fantastic accommodations!

Check in was super smooth, need to have a smartphone at all times but who doesnt. Very responsive on needs and flexible with extension which made the trip way more manageable from us. House was super clean and really nice. Very new everything and accommodations.The view was FANTASTIC. You could see the train but you couldn't hear it.

Nashville River Condo

The room sizes were all very big and comfortable, the big windows and sunny views were great. Perfect view of the 4th of July fireworks. We had a big family meal in the great kitchen. Very well appointed. The train noise did bother the one bedroom a little. My only feedback is that the 4 pm check in and 10 am check out should be in line with standard hotel, check in at 3 and check out by 4.

Great Location and Beautiful Place!

Highly recommend! Overall our experience was really positive. The hosts were excellent at communication and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests - we had a group of people all arriving and leaving at different times and they were generous enough to allow us to edit our check in/out times as the property allowed which was greatly appreciated. The keyless system worked really well for a group so we could all have access to come and go as we pleased. Great river view with beautiful big windows and super close to all the action on Broadway!

Great scenic place near Broadway

Large, clean, bright unit 3/4 a mile north of Broadway. Well stocked and it exceeded my expectations. About a 10-12 min drive (d/t traffic) to Vandy. If renting for Broadway, walking during the day seems fine. Would still recommend a short Uber if coming back past dark as the neighborhood had very few people. Be aware that the train tracks you see in the pics are active, but we did not have an issue. 100% would stay here again for future trips.

Great for a short weekend stay!

The check in process and communication with the host was seamless. We loved the latch system and it was so easy to gain access to the building. Home was spotless and very well stocked. Beds and furniture were SUPER comfortable. We would stay again for sure. Couple of things to note:- the building is right beside a train track. The train runs very frequently at all times. If you are a light sleeper, this will cause issues. They did provide noise machines in the bedrooms to help with this.- The 3rd bedroom has a loft wall so it doesn’t go up to the ceiling. This could cause privacy issues for some.

Our new favorite place to stay in Nash!

Gorgeous apartment with such a cool view of Nashville. We loved watching the trains go by and didn't even need the sound machines that are such a nice touch in all the rooms. We had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, and can't speak highly enough of the hosts! You can't go wrong staying here!

Relaxing beautiful getaway

Loved this condo! The view is amazing and so relaxing. Yes, the train goes by often but is actually very cool to watch and wasn’t as loud as I thought. In addition, sound machines are in the bedrooms to block any noise, which is such a nice touch. Beautiful condo and it was super clean and had everything we needed! And they provide enough supplies too! Everything is in walking distance too! The kids and I were blue to walk to the Country Hall of Fame, Farmer’s Market, Capitol, the main strip, everywhere. Such great location!

Perfect space for a friends weekend

We had a wonderful stay here, very cozy with a cool view, had everything we needed. Close to broadway and all the restaurants we went to. Train is right next to property but the provided sound machines helped us sleep well. Would definitely stay here again.
