Loved the location, close proximity to the fun, and the beds were super comfy! The giant roof patio was beautiful but the rain didn’t allow us to enjoy it too much this trip. Excellent host, great communication, and plan to stay here again in the future.

Tony is a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had. He provided a very helpful tip list for restaurants, shopping and activities in the area. The house is very spacious and clean. The 3rd bedroom is a fairly tight room and would be small for 2 adults but it worked out well for us. The area is safe and walkable and there is a cute local bar close by with very tasty deli sandwiches.

Great place. Would stay again.

Place was great. Exceptionally clean and a good supply of coffee, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. The weather was great for Nov and we enjoyed the outdoor area with a small fridge and beverage glasses at the top of the stairs.

Awesome!!

We absolutely adored the property! It’s a cute, quiet little condo community that you will not regret staying at! Property/condo is very beautiful and homey. Rooftop is PERFECT for afternoon drinks and relaxation. Property owner, Mr. Tony, was also super sweet and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Nashville Grad trip

We had a wonderful stay here...location was very close to downtown and weather was wonderful. Tony was very responsive and the house was gorgeous...loved the rooftop area. Was close enough where we could walk to a couple restaurants and even came face to face with Morgan Wallen one morning while getting our smoothie bowls at a wellness cafe nearby!!!!! It made my young adult children very happy:) If we come back, we will stay here again.

Awesome rooftop view!!!

Great place! Tony, the host, has opened his beautiful place for groups/families looking to spend time in Nashville without having to deal with the hassles of being down on the strip. The views from the rooftop are spectacular, especially at sunset! The place is comfortable and well appointed. We had a great time, thanks Tony!!!

Nash vrbo

We really enjoyed our stay in the chestnut hill vrbo. The place had enough room and beds to accommodate our party. We had to stagger our showers so the water pressure was good and we couldn’t get the lights to work on the upper deck but other than that the place was great !
