We stayed here for two nights and were very disappointed. We chose this property specifically for the rooftop amenities, especially the hot tub and fire table—not the number of beds.The hot tub never reached proper temperature. It started around 50F and only got up to 89F during our stay (95F the morning we left). While our girls did get in briefly, it was far too cold to be considered a true hot tub experience. The fire table did not work at all, and technicians confirmed it was inoperable.There were several other issues: missing pool table, multiple lights and a bathroom fan not working, uncharged speakers, and no ice in the fridge dispenser. We were also surprised to learn after booking that parking is not on-site, and the nearest garage we found was over a 20-minute walk away.Additionally, a stray pit bull was wandering around the property, which was concerning with children present and with walking our small dog.Positives were the close driving distance to downtown Nashville, working WiFi, and provided towels and toiletries.We were respectful guests and followed all checkout instructions. I requested compensation due to the non-working amenities (the main reason we booked) and was offered 150, which I have not yet received.Overall, a disappointing stay. We would not return.
