The Space:

Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily!



- 4 bedrooms, multiple beds including king, queens, daybeds, sofa sleepers, and pullout queen chaise sleepers

- 4 bathrooms with modern fixtures

- Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, storage containers, coffee maker, wine glasses, corkscrews, and more

- WiFi, cable, and all essentials provided



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Guests enjoy full access to the entire home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and rooftop deck with hot tub. Two dedicated parking spaces plus shared parking available. Self‑check‑in with smart lock ensures a seamless arrival.

Located in Berry Hill, one of Nashville’s most creative districts. Known for its recording studios, boutique shops, and excellent restaurants, Berry Hill offers a unique local vibe while being just minutes from Broadway, Vanderbilt, and Music Row.



Getting Around:

- Walkable to nearby dining and entertainment options



Interaction with Guests:
