Welcome to the Harpeth Hills Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences. This beautiful estate is located between the Little Harpeth River and Harpeth Hills Golf Course. This estate will give you the privacy and quiet you are looking for while still being just a short drive of about 12 miles to downtown. This home has everything you will need to entertain and host your family. With flexible sleeping arrangements, multiple living rooms, a game room, and a huge yard, there is something for everyone to do!

As you enter through the front door, you will be greeted by a sitting room on your right and a formal dining room on your left. As you walk through the breezeway, you will enter into the main attraction of the house for the adults, which is an open-concept living room and kitchen. This area has a door to the outdoor living area, which creates a nice flow between the two spaces. Just down the hallway, you will find the main attraction for the children, the game room! This game room comes complete with two TVs with game consoles, a hotshot basketball hoop, an air hockey table, and a ping pong table. Additionally, this room has 4 bunk beds and a pullout queen couch!

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.

Important: We do not rent to groups or events that may disrupt the neighborhood. Final approval follows a conversation ensuring respect for neighbors and house rules. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.
