Access to nearby Lake Gratitude for hikes and picnics. Parking passes required for all vehicles. NO PARTIES.
THE BASE PRICE IS FOR FOUR (4) PERSONS. There is a $40/person/night additional charge for the number of persons over four.

The Space:
3 queen beds upstairs (three single beds can be added @ $20/bed) and 1 queen, three full beds and four single beds downstairs (five single beds can be added @ $20/bed). Only 2 two full bathrooms upstairs. Easy access to woods for lower level residents to pee outside if they don't want to walk upstairs.

Blackberry bushes line our gorgeous ridge. All you can eat when in season. Watch the thorny branches when hiking the Blackberry Ridge Trail down to the creek and farm (Hiking pass from Big East Fork Retreat is required to hike). Complete the loop by taking the VisionQuest Trail up the pristine creek back to Blackberry House or take the Retreat shuttle (Call for availability). Close to Leipers Fork, art and culture. This is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home with hardwood floors, an expansive deck and a large carpeted ground floor community room for games, or meetings or lounging.

This beautiful house is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The 3 bedroom/2 bath living space has hardwood floors throughout. It includes a modern kitchen, laundry room, dining area, living room and generous deck with gas grill, table and lounge chairs. There is a 20' x 38' community room for meetings, games or sleeping downstairs.

Bedrooms are on the upper level. Master has one queen bed. Two double beds in each of the two bedrooms on the other side of the house. A large bunkroom is on the lower level.

This lodging is near Big East Fork Retreat, which lies at the beginning of a pristine creek within a gorgeous valley. 20 miles from downtown Nashville and 8 miles from historic Franklin and light years away from the stress of city life. The Retreat is part of a 1400-acre Conservation easement and features a 6-acre lake as well as Love More Cafe, a live music venue. Big East Fork Farms downstream provides organic produce.

The House is located 19 miles from Midtown Nashville (Hwy 440) and 23 miles from HonkyTonk Central if you use Hwy 100. Taking McCrory Road to I-40 has less stop lights, but is a longer route. Picturesque and historic Downtown Franklin is 8 miles away.

The price quoted is for Lodging only. If you are having an EVENT you must send a message to receive details and pricing. Event pricing depends upon nature of event and number of people and cars. Events must be over by midnight with no loud music. Extra security deposit required

Guest Access:
You will receive the door punch code soon before you arrive onsite.

If you are having an EVENT (in which non-lodging guests use the property) you must send a message to receive details and pricing. Please receive documented permission and pay any related fees before you invite non-lodging guests on the premises. Trespassers will be treated as such.

Guests may use hiking trails and lake at Big East Fork Retreat only after signing liability waver at the adjacent Retreat (Day pass required).

The Neighborhood:
The Blackberry House is on the east ridge of Big East Fork Valley. We are 20 miles from downtown Nashville and 8 miles from historic Franklin and light years away from the stress of city life. The Fork Inn is part of a 1400-acre Conservation easement and features a 6-acre lake. We are adjacent to the Center for Sustainble Stewardship with has many hiking trails, bicycles, and an organic farm.

Getting Around:

The price quoted is for Lodging only. Permission must be obtained before any non-registered guests are invited to the property. EVENTS requires permission and additional fees. Gas grill and propane are available. Please request setup before your arrival.
