Famous MUSIC ROW Condo with FREE Parking + Pool

This is an incredibly clear retaliation review. The whole review is about how we charged her for the damage she caused. She ruined my couch. That can clearly be seen in the photos I sent her and have a attached. She made a massive rip in my couch. Her review says that's its dust. Any human with 2 eyes can clearly see it's not dust! This review needs to be removed immediately. It violates the airbnb review policy regarding no retaliation allowed. She posted her retaliatory review after we charged her for the damage and confronted her about it.

**Note regarding the pool: The pool is open year round, but is not heated. It will be open and available during your stay, but the temperature of the water depends on the season. Fun fact, this unique guitar-shaped pool was built by country music legend Webb Pierce!

**Please note that a required $250 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.
Please note, we have a 4 night minimum for CMA Music Festival in June. If you can't meet the minimum night requirement, please do not put in an instant book request and instead send us a note inquiring if we can make an exception (sometimes we will a couple weeks out from the date you are looking to stay).

Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this Music Row condo. While this was an older (vintage) condo you only really noticed due to fixtures being older, otherwise, it is well maintained and updated. The apartment was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. There were also helpful amenities made available such as qtips, shower gel, soap etc. We arrived for a very late check-in and had no issues with instructions provided and getting into rental. Due to weather we couldn't walk as much as intended, but the condo was still in a convenient location. We would definitely stay here again.

Positives:The property was thoroughly cleaned, and the location was excellent—close to everything in downtown Nashville, which made it easy to get around. Communication with the VRBO host was prompt and helpful, which made the booking and check-in process smooth.Negatives:While the unit was very clean, it is not well maintained. The entire condo is in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint, including the wood trim, which is noticeably scuffed, dented, and worn. The bathroom needs a complete renovation—the tile is discolored, and the caulking around the tub is cracked, old, and stained. The kitchen is poorly stocked, offering only salt and pepper, and the cookware is in poor condition. The Teflon frying pans are peeling and should be replaced immediately.Parking in the garage is quite an experience—cramped and poorly maintained. Many cars don't stay within the lines, making it hard to park or maneuver. Expect to do several 3-point turns just to exit.The building itself is in a prime location, but it’s clearly showing signs of wear. It could really use a power wash and a fresh coat of paint. Sadly, there’s little sign of ongoing upkeep, which takes away from the appeal of what could otherwise be a great property.The pictures in VRBO look bright, fresh and new. This was not my experience!

Great location, Clean & Perfect!

We had a great stay at the perfect spot for 4 days of the CMA fest. It was clean and the perfect amount of space! the King bed was so comfortable (it was just 2 of us), the water pressure was amazing in the shower and the location was great - quiet and far enough from broadway, but close enough to walk everywhere. We did not rent a car, we walked and short uber-ed everywhere, even to Nissan stadium. There are so many great spots nearby to check out - bars & restaurants & parks. My husband cooked us breakfast each morning, the coffee bar was perfect, the grocery store a short walk away. The guitar shaped pool was so cool to look at out the window. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

This was the perfect location to get around Nashville! There were several fun places within a five minute walk, and we walked to Broadway and the Johnny Cash museum, no problem. We found the property to be charming and well suited for our needs. Stocked with everything we needed and clean. And more than enough room for the two of us. Too cold to swim, but fun to see the guitar pool!

Weekend in Nashville

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location was great. Out of the way of Lower Broadway but still a close Uber ride to get to downtown. The condo is a little old but was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Brilliant Location

The condo is in a great location with plenty of bars and eating places all within walking distance. Also walkable to downtown (about a mile). We met some lovely locals too and the area had a wonderful vibe. Condo has everything you need and is really comfortable. Pool could do with a clean, but it certainly didn’t detract from our enjoyment. Would recommend.

Perfect getaway

We came to Nashville to celebrate a birthday and this location didn’t disappoint! The location is just far enough from the Broadway area and easily reached by very convenient Uber. The area is quiet but still walkable to other local bars and restaurants. The kitchen had all you needed to prep basic meals but we ate out every meal. The view of the guitar shaped pool made for fun photos and it was immaculately cleaned and power washed while we were there. The bed was firm and comfy and there were plenty of quality bathroom amenities. You really don’t have to pack much but your clothes! We will be back. Thank you!

Perfect location!

I’m came to town to see a show at the Ryman with my partner and a couple friends. This condo was in a perfect location—far enough from the noise and chaos of downtown, and walkable to the bars and restaurants in Music Row, midtown, and the Gulch. And free parking! The pool was an added bonus. Check-in was easy and communication was excellent. This is a perfect unit for a couple—because the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, it was a little awkward to share it with another couple, but the next time my partner and I are in town just the two of us we’d book this place again in a heartbeat!

Condo was great. Perfect location. Walkable to Broadway. But we used uber. Our only issue was lights in kitchen over sink and stove did not work. Took forever to get hot water in bathtub and washer is not in condo.

Anniversary trip

We had a wonderful time in Nashville for our anniversary celebration. This condo was walking distance to broadway and the major areas of the downtown area. It was perfect for us 2, too cold to swim in the amazing pool. The building had easy access, good parking, quiet neighbors and right beside a beautiful park. Overall extremely happy with this rental.

Nashville Fun!

The location of this condo was great for going to Broadway! About a 15-20 min walk! Having free, covered car parking was a big plus, also! The condo was very roomy! It was well stocked in the kitchen and very clean. Our host was wonderful! She checked in several times to ensure our stay was going well. I would stay here again!

Nashville Visit

We had a nice time visiting Nashville. The condo is close to many quiet restaurants and music venues while also being within walking distance of Broadway. I did contact the manager in regard to two items, so go with these in mind…the washer and dryer are in the building, but not in the condo, and they require quarters. The laundry room is old and well used. Secondly, we were unable to get the bedroom tv to play anything but Netflix and weren’t able to move it out far enough to use our own fire stick. Other than that, it was clean and convenient. Thank you.

Perfect Long Weekend

This was our first trip to Nashville and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Upon checking in the property manager emailed to make sure everything was ok with the check-in process. He also provided numerous suggestions for near by attractions. We loved the proximity to Live Oak Bar and a few other bars and restaurants. The property is a quick Uber ride to broadway, which is nice as it is away from the hustle and bustle and allows you to see another neighborhood of the city.
