It is a stretch of Nashville built for large groups who want sports, local flavor, and easy access to downtown without staying in the thick of it



Getting Around:

Each of the four homes has its own private garage, so the group has secure parking without splitting up across the street. Rideshare is the easiest way to reach Broadway, downtown, and the honky tonks from here



Other Things to Note:

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company.
