The Space:

ROCK HOUSE gives families and larger groups a Nashville home base with enough room, and enough personality, for everyone to find their own corner. Rather than one themed room, the Elvis-inspired spirit runs through the whole house, from neon signage in the hallway to murals in the bedrooms.



The first floor is built for togetherness: an open-concept kitchen with a dark teal island and bar seating flows straight into the living room's leather sofas and fireplace, with a foosball table close enough to keep kids and adults both entertained. Dining happens under a chandelier beneath another neon sign, so cooking, eating, and relaxing all happen within sight of each other.



Outside, the patio turns into the evening gathering spot, with sectional seating, string lights, a giant four-in-a-row game, and the glowing "Nashville" sign lighting things up after dark. For celebrations, a photo backdrop of pink and white balloons and a silver tinsel wall makes an easy spot to get the group together before heading out for the night.

It keeps you close enough to the action for an easy night out, while staying quiet enough to bring the group home and recharge



Getting Around:

A private garage is included for parking, which makes loading up for family outings simple. Rideshare is the easiest way into downtown Nashville or Broadway from the house, and BNA Airport is a quick drive away for families and groups flying in



Other Things to Note:

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
