Experience the charm of Nashville in this unique design of a modern LA Loft . With an open floor plan and a spacious rooftop deck, it's the perfect home base for your stay in Nashville. Located in the heart of Melrose in Berry Hill, a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill". Walkable to many music hill attractions, restaurants, big machine brewery, recording studios, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch.

This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms with King beds, and a hall bath.

Dogs under 50lbs allowed. • Pet Fee $75 per pet per night - Limit 2 pets. Additional Pet fees collected after booking.

Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.

Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home.

Your host is available by text message throughout your stay.

We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive.

Family

Four generation family group in Nashville for wedding. Worked well. Not a walkable area but for this trip we did not need that. Very convenient (by car) to restaurants, groceries, etc. Easy, short drive to Broadway and 12 South as well as Green Hills area. In general, very nice. Good communication.

Thanksgiving in the Nash

Check in/out process was easy. We had plenty of room to hangout together and to have our own space. Close to downtown and 12 South to drive or Uber. Would stay here again. Just be warned that the stairs can be a lot and the train does come through at night.

Weekend Get Away

Overall our experience was great. The place provided us the perfect house to get away for the weekend with friends. Wish the train was a little quieter throughout the night but that is not the hosts fault. Would recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful!

This was a beautiful rental. Tons of space for everyone! Loved the shabby chic decor. Great location with short drive to Downtown Nashville, The Gulch and the quaint town of Berry Hill. I highly recommend. Will stay again on our next trip.

Exec Girls’ Trip

The place is as advertised and FANTASTIC. Everything appeared brand new and very modern, to include the paint. There were five women in our group and the bedrooms/bathrooms more than met our expectations and needs. The additional living room and patio space on the third floor was amazing! Exceptionally clean, and in a new development, very close to Broadway and local restaurants. Door Dash and Drizly will deliver in this location. Laura was a great host and was always just an email away. I’d absolutely stay again and would recommend to friends going to Nashville.

Berry Hill

The place was even bigger and nicer than we expected. Really cute place, lots of space and you get a garage to park in. There is a lot of construction next door building a new house so bring earplugs and a face mask since the rooms get bright when the sun comes up.

New Years Vacation to Music City

This is a great spot to stay for an active family or a group w/ other couples. It's a 3 level layout that was great for our HS and College boys to have their own area to hang out. The outdoor space is well thought out and the fireplace is a great touch. The Property manager contact was great and responsive to a few minor questions. First class operation and would happily stay again!

Loved this condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo with a total of 6 adults. Three levels with plenty of space and loved having dual living room areas to hang out in. Owners were very accommodating and were spot on with communication. Would definitely book again!

Train noise

The stay was great. It was an awesome property and close to Downtown Nashville. The only issue was the train tracks. The train come through all hours of the night blowing the horn. We didn’t get much sleep.

Decent stay at Berry Hill

Overall it was a decent stay. Place was billed as a stay for 8 people but there was not seating for eight in either the dining room or living room for all of us at the same time. Nice property overall in an industrial area. Good porch on the third level, lots of stairs, decorating was contemporary, yet sparse. Could have used a little more cleaning overall, missing one smoke alarms's battery and one of the bedrooms had no frame for the mattress as it was just sitting on the floor. We all expected more for the premium price paid.

Huge place

Came to Nashville to visit with some family for the weekend. Had the pleasure of staying in this huge 3 story townhome in Berryhill. We had 6 adults and it was plenty of room for all of us. Very modern and great location. Would stay again.

Amazing rental for large group!

I rented this property for my sisters bachelorette and we had the best experience! The check in process was easy (only hiccup was that we were texted the wrong code for the door but it was because we got an early check in). The home was clean and very spacious. Even the beds were so comfortable, which you usually do not find in a rental! We also were given a late check out which was very nice. Communication was very clear and easy. This is the perfect home for a big group to stay in and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

60th birthday for my sister

Property was nice and convenient. I loved the lay out. The kitchen had many amenities. The downstairs could use a larger sofa maybe a sectional so more people could sit comfortably. There are a lot of stairs but I had already read about that and knew there were many. The deck on the third floor would be a great place to hang out. There were a lot of old leaves up there that had not been taken away. Overall I would definitely rent this property again.
