**Note regarding the pool: The pool is open year round, but is not heated. It will be open and available during your stay, but the temperature of the water depends on the season. Fun fact, this unique guitar-shaped pool was built by country music legend Webb Pierce!

You will have both Unit 1 and Unit 2 (two separate condos) all to yourself.

This property requires a refundable damage deposit (assuming no damage) prior to your stay. This will be collected by the host directly, separate from this platform.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

$100 replacement fee per parking pass/key if the parking passes or pool keys is not left in the condo after checkout.
