Charming 3 bedroom apartment. But it has more cons than pros.Pro:Beautiful views, nice kitchen amenities. Cons:Very dirty upon check-in. We had to clean dust from dresser drawers before unpacking for our 7 night stay.2 of three toilets were dirty. Both had urine, one had feces on it. Trash bin smelled real badRefrigerator smelled like fishWe had to make our own bedsComforter was coming apart along the edgesDirty kitchen towelHost was very slow to respond to messages. Over 24 hrsOnly 3 rolls of toilet paper were provided for 4 people for 7 days. We were told to purchase more if needed, we had to unfortunately.Only one small trash bag was provided, we were told to purchase additional at the store. These are regulated special bags. Very steep driveway to navigate walking to get to the lobby. Two of our party are elderly (keep in mind).Some things can be over looked, but cleanliness and having to purchase our own toilet paper and trash bags is very disappointing. This was not a low cost stay. A 10 pack of toilet paper was only 6 franks. This host should not expect guests to provide these items, make their bed and pay for laundry (and leave the balance on the card) All this information should be clear in the listing. Personally would not recommend unless its for a short stay of a day or two to prevent TP and trash issues.
