Located on the second floor only accessible by the stairs, our apartment is perfect for families looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Montreal. The apartment is located in the lively Le Plateau neighborhood, just steps from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city.

We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained unit.

Our apartment is equipped with two comfortable mattresses, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, and one spacious bathroom. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome starter amenity kit with fresh coffee and treats.

You will be in the heart of Le Plateau, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Le Plateau has it all just steps away.

The apartment is also just steps from the Parc du Plateau, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll, a picnic, or a game of frisbee.

We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible.

All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help.

• Complete access to all areas of the apartment.

Parking Access:
• Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we DO NOT PROVIDE a parking space, there are several public pay parking lots nearby. We suggest using the ClickNPark app to reserve parking in advance.

Transportation Access:
• TAXI: Uber is the most affordable and quickest way to get anywhere from the airport. Your driver will pick you up from the departure level.

• BUSES: Head to Mont-Royal Station to catch the orange line (7 min walk).

Other things to note:

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Very nicely appointed apartment just as advertised. Great neighborhood. Dozens of restaurants in easy walking distance. Would echo earlier review about the stairs. 2 flights, 15 to 20 each. Fairly steep. Good exercise for the able bodied and not a problem. Anyone with mobility issues, like elderly relatives, will face some degree of challenge.

Girls’ trip to Montreal!

This is a light-filled apartment in the best neighborhood in Montreal! Everything was clean and beautiful, and the host was responsive. The main living area was nice and cool (and during very hot outdoor temps). Note that the bedrooms do not have a/c. Leaving the doors open is helpful, but it’s an adjustment if you are used to a/c at night. The neighborhood itself has tons of coffee shops, restaurants of every ethnicity, and cool shops! Perfect for walking with no destination in mind. For those who are driving, there is a very reasonably-priced lot two blocks away with in-and-out privileges. Driving in Montreal is not bad, and there is tons to do!

Very comfortable accommodation and very clean and great location. The dryer wasn’t working but the staff kindly dropped off a drying rack without any prompting. We had some trouble with the door locking mechanism but worked it out. It would have been helpful to have had more direction as to the operation. Overall very pleased.

I'd stay again, but you should know this....

Great apartment and location and we'd stay again. We were in Montreal during a very hot and humid week recently and welcomed the air conditioning in the unit. However, the A/C unit is a mini-split in the common areas so it won't get into the bedrooms at night if you keep the bedroom doors closed. Not a big deal for us, as I was traveling with my sister - but his could be an issue for couples or others seeking more privacy.

Pretty Good

We enjoyed the space and the cleanliness of the apartment, that was their best trait. The neighborhood was equally comfortable. We would have liked if the amount of stairs were mentioned more in detail since there were 30 i n total and I was coming with seniors. It was not easy nor safe for them. Also the amount of furniture available in the living room for a family were limited, only a sofa and a few kitchen chairs. We struggled with comfort. Limited amount of main kichen supplies or no supplies at all such as sugar, coffee and tea, etc. for a one week stay. Oh and toilet paper, garbage bags, very limited! But a nice stay.

Best location

Great location - walk out to coffee shops, cafes and restaurants, bars and night life - it’s all right there! Bixi bikes on the next corner and and not far from the metro for excursions further afield.

Great place in an active social neighborhood.

Comfortable two-bedroom with windows on a busy street. Great beds, large shower, nice sitting room, a little balcony. There is a little Nespresso machine and capsules, which is a nice touch. Host provided earplugs, which might be needed if you are easily bothered by noise or go to sleep before midnight. The cleaner had left two towels and two sets of earplugs (total) and had also not checked the balcony, where the previous residents had left their garbage.
