Lo Sceriffo delightful villa in dreamy garden A/C

Lo Sceriffo is a small artist's house that offers a unique situation: in the most beautiful area of Monterosso, in a private park, completely surrounded by an enchanting and well-furnished garden, it is cared for down to every detail. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and dining area, a small but equipped kitchen, an external laundry room and A/C. 

There is a welcoming lounge and a comfortable dining area overlooking the gardens, equipped with a rich library (mostly in Italian and English) and a small DVD collection. There is the possibility to connect to your Netflix with Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is small but perfectly equipped: 5 burners, fan oven, kettle, dishwasher, coffee makers - everything except the microwave. 

There are three bedrooms, two of which are double and a smaller one with a bed and a second bed that can be used when needed; all beds and mattresses are new. (For American guests: Please note that beds in Italy generally have less soft mattresses than in America.) 

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom; another bathroom overlooks the corridor. Both bathrooms are complete with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. 

In the rear garden there is a small laundry room with a washing machine. 

The garden is perfectly equipped with a veranda, tables and chairs, deck chairs, two sun loungers, barbecue, hammock and an external cold shower, and offers all the space you could want for dinners or an aperitif with friends and family. 

All rooms have hot and cold air conditioning.
The guests of the house undertake to respect the nature and rules of the place. Lo Sceriffo is a house with small rooms but great charm and offers maximum peace and privacy just 50 meters from the sea: a unique situation in a beautiful but also densely populated place like Monterosso.

The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for linen
