The staff gave us a good welcome as we arrived the hotel. We were first given a Junior-suite, but asked if there was possible to get a room with balcony. We was given a good price for an upgrade (50€ extra per day for an executive suite with a private jacuzzi). The junior-suite was located next to the small pool but there was a bit noise from other guests at day time because the room was so close to the pool area, there was locusts that made some noise as well. In the executive suite we couldn’t have been more satisfied with our room and the surroundings. It was private and had a lot of space - it was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time and the restaurant named Natura at the hotel served really pleasant food; and the breakfast was delightful. The hotel is located 1 km from the main street and beaches, up in the moutain side. There was no problem going down to the main street to visit restaurants and supermarkets (there was a supermarket a few meters from the hotel as well), it took us about 15 minutes to walk down and 20 minutes up. Overall we were really happy with our stay.
