«There were many problems at this property during the visit. The alarms were going off throughout the night, and the pool was "open" but the heater was not functioning making the water ice cold. The staff was more than accommodating and refunded the entire stay with deep apologies. »

«My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. I have traveled to many cities, and unfortunately, this was one of the least satisfactory stays I have had.
The bathroom was not well maintained, and basic amenities like drinking water were not provided in the room.
The room itself appeared quite old, the beds were uncomfortable, and the floor was not clean. Additionally, the bathroom was very small and could use improvement.
I also found the check-in experience to be less welcoming than ...

«No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. »
