«Easy to get to easy check small town feeling»

«The hot tub wasn't filled which wasn't noted when booking. They didn't clean fully because when I pulled the two foot stools away from the sofa bed there was a cough drop, tag of some sort, and a yellow portable plug someone had left behind which indicated they did not clean the floors. Made me feel like the whole room probably wasn't cleaned properly. The Kleenex box was also empty. Also the free breakfast didn't open until 7am opposed to 6am during the week. «fast and friendly check in. Great room quality nice mattress and air conditioning. Well insulated sound walls gave quiet peace, even with boys baseball team running around. Breakfast food is well prepared and plentiful with wonderful assortment of choices. pool in nice for stretching but small for full laps. Temperature was perfect. not too cold or hot.»

«Everything on this property that I saw appeared clean & updated with colorful/pleasing design. Lots of families with children appeared to be enjoying breakfast and the pool, yet the hotel was still quiet. 2 different front desk ladies seemed to be offended that we asked for additional blankets. Each replied, “There is one in your closet”, to which we replied, “There are 4 people in our room”. However, housekeeping was very kind when they brought more blankets. «Our room had roaches!!! Found them crawling on the walls, in bathroom, running across furniture. We reported situation to front desk and was told that it was the last available room. We told him that there was no way we were staying another minute in that room and he offered a refund which I’m waiting to receive!
