Stylish condo with beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. There are stunning views of the ocean from the balcony, living room and bedroom. Furnished to fit every vacation needs. There are a king size bed in the master bedroom and queen and full size convertible sofa beds in the living room. There is an in suite bathroom in the master suite and a half bath off the living room. Cable, Broadband Internet, LCD TV, beach chairs + umbrella, all linens, full kitchen. Directly on the beach! Spotless and well-kept place, for a quiet vacation.

Enjoy ocean views from your private terrace. Here you will enjoy the pool and the other amenities afforded by more than $20 million in renovations. Stroll the beach, and then swim laps in the secluded pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean. Or head for the state-of-the-art fitness center. Enjoy movies in the top of the art movie theater or relax in the sophisticated social and pool room. Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends, approximately one mile north. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach or 10 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale.

The building is located on Hollywood Beach which is a few doors from the Westin Diplomat. This is a full amenities building on the beach. Close to dining and shopping. Minutes from Historic Downtown Hollywood known for its charming streets, fine dining, cafés, bars, art galleries and special events.

10 minutes from Aventura Mall, The Galleria in Ft. Lauderdale.
Approximately one mile from the Hollywood Boardwalk, just a 10 minute walk.

5 minutes to new Gulfstream Mall and Casino, shops, restaurants!
15 minutes to The Hard Rock Seminole Casino, less than 5 minutes to world class golf. Close to Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (just 15 minutes drive).
Only 30 minutes to vibrant South Beach, Lincoln Road, Design District.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The Sian will be undergoing a building exterior concrete restoration and window upgrade program starting during the summer of 2025. There will be intermittent noise Monday through Friday during working hours with balcony and pool closures when necessary for the safety of our guests and residents. More information will be provided to guests as details become available from building management. We will do everything possible to keep our guests comfortable during the program.

FOBS ARE SMALL PLASTIC ELECTRONIC DEVICES USED TO OPEN THE DOORS TO THE LOBBY, POOL, FITNESS CENTER AND GATE TO THE BEACH (NOT THE APARTMENT).  THE COST TO THE GUEST IS $30.00 FOR EACH FOB.   CREDIT CARDS, CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.   

ONLY GUESTS WHO WE REGISTER WITH SECURITY ARE PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING OR ON THE GROUNDS.

Guests must provide government issued IDs, which include the guest’s name, current address, photo and date of birth for all guests18 years or older.

Me aloje 6 noches con mi flia. La zona es muy buena. Tiene a 5 cuadras un walmart ross burlington pizzeria. El depto es muy lindo amplio hermosa cocina renovada. baños nuevos. Tiene algunos detalles a mejorar por eso no le pongo 5 estrellas. Pero suma mucho la atencion de Ben que es muy atento y predispuesto!

We had a great short stay. Only downside was ensuring we had sheets/coverings for the sofa bed which we were promised would be there after confirming the necessity of these accommodations well in advance. We had to make do without them the first night. Otherwise my family enjoyed a great stay.

Our expectations were high from all of the reviews, but we were pretty disappointed when we arrived. It was a fine space - pretty basic. But it look like it had hardly been cleaned in between our stay and the last. The bed was made, there seemed to be clean towels, and the floors looked relatively clean. But overall there were many dirty areas that we felt very uncomfortable with. I found moldy blueberries in the sink, the dishwasher pods were covered in some sort of liquid which turned them yellow and I didn’t want to use them (we were told we’d get new ones from housekeeping and we never did), there was a black and mild on the balcony, and there was a lot of dust and just an overall unclean feeling - like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a longggg time. I’m pretty laid back and low maintenance when it comes to staying places as long as they look and feel clean but the amount of dust and hair from previous people really grossed us out. The location and getting around the property was good. There was a lot of construction which we were notified about ahead of time.

Good stay

Worked great for us (2 people). Comfortable bed. Comfortable sofa and loveseat for relaxing after beach time. Balcony has two chairs that sit comfortably next to each other to see the ocean and beach activity. Clean bathroom and nice shower, water pressure/temp. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels were provided which was a prerequisite for us since we were flying in. Kitchen was clean and fulfilled our basic needs. Walmart and 7-11 are a close walk and restaurants of all price points are close by. Communication with mgmt was good and everything was laid out well for check-in/out.

Code given would not unlock door of apartment; had to call property manager to find out that I had to go back to front desk to get key...an inconvenience; gym was nice; vallet was good; elevators slow and only one worked at the time; power outlets in room didn't all work...had to walk around room and find out which outlets would charge phones; light switch in powder room very hard to turn on; door to balcony extremely hard to open; beach access confusing compared to other hotels; apartment could use a good deep cleaning and dusted such as base boards, mirrors, glass, windows, throw blankets could use laundry as they had a smell to them.

nice accommodations, wonderful amenities

This property has an excellent location and accommodations for beach goers. The pool was also very nice. There was no hot tub, which was advertised, and some of the vents and fans could use a cleaning. The hosts are amazing with communication, and the building staff are very informative and kind. It was a great stay!

Great location and view was great and the communication with property manager was great.

The condo was great and it was a good location right of the beach. Little things that I would improve. Few updates would be nice, half bath sink leaked and light switch hard to turn on. TV in bedroom worked but out of date. Two fans to move air were dirty and was always humid inside the unit. Windows in bedroom and sliding door whistle all the time. Only one working elevator in the complex our whole stay.

Nice Stay

Overall it was a nice spot. It has a full kitchen and good view of the beach. It was pointed out by my spouse that the air conditioner vents could use some cleaning, but I’m sure that’s hard to keep up with the humidity in the area. The front elevators were off and on out of service, but the main one used in the back worked. I liked that it has washer and dryers on each floor. Those are useful when going to the beach. We contributed and left 2 boogie boards and a beach bag to the next visitors to hopefully enjoy! It was a fun trip and overall the apartment was as described in the listing. The property manager was helpful and sent tips after check in.

Great Communication!

This was a great little condo close to the beach. We could easily walk there. We really enjoyed the family game room and the pool. It was great to have the beach chairs, boogie board, and umbrella to use! I appreciated the great communication. Also if you need to get around download the Circuit app. All of our rides around there were free! No Uber needed!!! Thanks for the great stay!
