This was our second stay at this hotel, and the first time was amazing, but unfortunately the service was very bad this time. We experienced issues with cleanliness of the room--there was trash on the floor and an empty can in the fridge we found upon arrival and noticeably poor cleaning service throughout our duration. Things were not working in our room--a steamer was malfunctioning and sprayed water everywhere (this ended up getting replaced/resolved), a fridge that did not work (this also ended up getting replaced/resolved), and worst of all was a foul sewage odor coming from the toilet and shower. The odor could even be smelled in the room at night. We had to discuss this issue with the front desk, including managers, three separate times and it was never fixed. Their solution was adding a fragrance each time, but it was clearly a bigger issue and they should've moved us to another room (we had also suggested this to no avail). The smell was so strong, it made me want to gag and was such a terrible experience when you're trying to use the toilet and shower. Another issue was that we had to ask for the body wash to be refilled three times (it hadn't been filled upon our arrival) and they never refilled it...we eventually gave up asking. The hotel tried to make it up to us by leaving a dessert in our room, giving us a late check-out, and ordering us car service to the airport--we appreciated this, but the experience was so bad we will not be returning.
