and CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre) and just a 10
minute drive to our iconic Table Mountain and world famous beaches of
Clifton and Camps Bay.

The building has 24/7 security and access control and 1 secure
allocated parking bay with elevator access.
Our unit is fully-furnished: Inside you will find everything you need
to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This includes a fully
equipped kitchen, spacious open plan lounge and dining area, TV with
Netflix access, work space with uncapped high speed wifi, a bedroom
with ample cupboard space and comfortable queen size bed and an en
suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Please note that there are ongoing balcony waterproofing works that will continue over the coming weeks at Metropolis. The scope of work includes the cutting and preparation of balcony surfaces, which will unfortunately generate noise during the approved working hours of 08:00 to 17:00, in line with the conduct rules of the scheme.
