«The ocean view was nice. We did have a disappointing experience during our stay. Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in both the room and the refrigerator, which made us uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. We appreciate that the host was understanding and provided a partial refund to help make up for the inconvenience, but the condition of the accommodation prevented us from fully enjoying our stay. We hope the pest issue is addressed so future guests have a better experience.»

«The room is clean and the check-in instructions are pretty clear. The location is right off the route to Hana. The Google map did lead us to the wrong small side street; and since we are aware that possibility, we just U-turn back out and get back to the right street. We were there a bit there early and the room is not ready so we went to a near by sushi restaurant and had lunch. Perfect timing.»

«Although the property was clean the room itself was a bit of a disappointment. It smelled moldy and the room needs attention by cleaner shade lamps, bathroom rugs need to be switched out or cleaned and what is needing the most attention is the carpet. I know its by the ocean and keeping the smell can be difficult but those are the only things I would pay more attention to. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay at.»

"The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major disappointment. At check-in, they didn’t take the time to explain the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest privileges. We weren’t given a hotel map or any useful information to help us enjoy our stay. We only found out two days later that hotel guests receive discounts on food and beverages—something that should have been explained during check-in. It’s frustrating to miss out on benefits simply because the staff failed to provide basic information. The property deserves much better service at the front desk."
