«Fantastic place to stay if you don’t mind being outside the city center. Angela the owner is a fantastic host. She happily called for dinner reservations on our velar, and even arranged for parking to minimize walking for my elderly father. This is a huge deal inside the city walls. Grazie! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended. »

«Beatiful garden and swimmingpool, very pretty houses, nice rooms and atmosphere. A place to relax and feel at home in the sunshine, and right outside the historic and interesting city of Assissi. I hope that I can og back some other time, because this was a perfect holliday!»

«Owners and staff were attentive, friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. The facility was outstanding and the atmosphere was calm and very relaxing. Their beautiful salt water infinity pool was wonderful. The local produce, cheeses and beverages were excellent. »

«Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La stanza era ampia, confortevole e molto pulita. Tanti piccoli accorgimenti molto utili per chi soggiorna. La colazione semplice ma genuina e abbondante: ottima la crostata fatta in casa! L'ultimo tratto per raggiungere il casale è una strada sterrata che però è in ottime condizioni e quindi non presenta nessuna difficoltà anche con auto normali. Posto molto consigliato!!»

«Small agriturismo in the mountains. Very peaceful, nice pool and lovely scenery. The road to the place is a little mountainous, but paved and well kept. Place has several dogs, who are very friendly, but could be issue if allergic. Also possibility for nice dinner for reasonable price. Good idea to have someone who speaks Italian though, or a good translator app. Not much network connection. The town nearby has a good restaurant. Nice clean rooms. Strongly recommend.»

«As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. Chef cooked two yummy dinners for us. Also glad we ordered villa owner’s olive oil and red wine. Short drive to major Umbrian sights. However, we recommend you go for lunch in nearby ...

«We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful cottage. It is part of an ancient castello, as a separate little house (the old mill) and with all modern amenities, lovingly restored. The views from the beautiful garden are absolutely stunning, and we much enjoyed our breakfasts in the sunshine outside.
