«Lovely location and the staff were also very friendly and positive. The three biggest drawbacks were that the pool was quite dirty, with a large number of bugs on the bottom, and the setup around the pool was scaled down from the pictures on the site, the breakfast was quite limited (fresh croissants on one of 3 days) and the wifi wouldn't work in our room, we had to go outside to use it. «Absolutely in love with this place!! We wanted a centered location to do day trips to small towns, this was it perfect! the decoration, was so so nice and clean. Great grounds, pool (a little too cold) but great for very warm weather, amazing view of the lake and landscape. Theres a great winery just 4 minutes away! The room and bathroom were very spacious, we had a crib on our room for our baby, the bed was AMAZING, and the toilettries.. well.. the best ever, i´ll dream of that basil shampoo ...

«Amazing stay! The property is beautiful. Giacomo was fantastic. He provided great recommendations around the area. The breakfast was also perfect with good options from very light to eggs, juice and meats. Highly recommend this place and will stay here again. »

«Beatiful garden and swimmingpool, very pretty houses, nice rooms and atmosphere. A place to relax and feel at home in the sunshine, and right outside the historic and interesting city of Assissi. I hope that I can og back some other time, because this was a perfect holliday!»

«Très bon accueil, site calme et agréable dans la nature, hébergement satisfaisant mais pas de climatisation donc nuits un peu chaudes en été. Coin piscine agréable. Nourriture un peu chère car choix à la carte limité mais bonne qualité mais pas de desserts. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix aussi (gâteaux et tartes faits maison, biscottes, pain simple, confitures de qualité industrielle, jus de fruit industriel, pas de beurre, pas de fruits,....) »
