«My overall experience was good, the place was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host. Even though the place is small, it had everything l needed. My only complaint was the loud neighbors and barking dog past midnight. I also noticed small cockroaches and other small bugs in the living room area/kitchen.»

«I rented this as a spot for my mom and two teenage nephews while they were in town visiting. Home in we super cute, cold AC, easy to connect to WiFi. The location is very convenient to everything and the outdoor space was just so super cute and relaxing. She’s already said she wants to stay at the same place during her next visit!»

«Great location! We could walk to the Riverwalk and many restaurants. Parking was on the street, but there was always a spot for us. It is an old house, which is neat with its original windows. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.»

«The location is great. It was a 2 min walk to the beach but that was the only good thing about it. All of the kitchen utensils, plates, and glasses had to be rewashed before using. Some of the utensils had dried food left on them. The furniture is definitely worn and needs replacing. One of the reasons for picking this place was for the pool. Our key did not work the entire time. After multiple attempts of reaching out to the host, the problem was never solved. I will not rent from them again.»

«We had a great week here. Only a block away from beach. It was perfect for two people. Clean and had the necessities. Not far from an array of restaurants, stores, etc. Julie was great! Thank you for letting us stay the week. We really enjoyed it.»
