«The townhouse was great. Clean, functional, good location. There were things that need to be improved however. When a place lists it has space for 6 to sleep but doesn’t spell out that two of those spaces are tiny fold out cots; we assumed there was a fold out couch. Also being located in one of the snow capitals and there was no shovel to clear the 8 or so inches of snow received during our stay. The soap dispenser in the half bath downstairs doesn’t function. The kitchen had basic necessities ...

«Residence was perfectly located for visiting family over Christmas. It is a charming home, very clean, very warm and met our needs exceptionally well. The entrance was well lit for locating during our evening arrival. To our surprise, the driveway was plowed every night during our 5 night stay making for easy access during our travels. The yard was as advertised, safe, secure and worked perfectly for our dog. It even had a hot tub!»

«Listing description and pictures were misrepresentative of actual property. Front porch screen door would not lock, hole in wall and ceiling with exposed wires. There was a 3rd bedroom on the second floor which was key locked from the inside which made us uncomfortable, as we were traveling with small children. We chose not to stay at all. We walked in and walked out. We did communicate our concerns to the host who, up to that point, was very responsive but once concerns were conveyed did not ...
