Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. The only exceptions are any locked closets and the garage, which are not accessible to guests.

We want you to feel comfortable and truly at home during your stay!

Please note: Yards can be muddy or messy in early spring. Snow often hides trash and debris which becomes visible after the first melt. Yard cleanup begins around March or April. Please let us know right away if you see anything that needs attention.

• Please note that if you have a dog, the fenced yard is not directly accessible from the house. You will need to put your dog on a leash and walk them through the nearby gate to enter the fenced yard. The exterior door and the yard gate are located close to each other, but the door does not open directly into the fenced area.

• Unexpected circumstances can happen, so we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
