«Their corner restaurant was great! We had an issue with our key and they arrived in 2 minutes to help us. They were nicer than nice. The people above us were so loud and very inconsiderate of others staying at the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel.»

«The staff was great, room was perfect and we loved the balcony with the ocean view. We could have sat there all day. Our only complaint is that the chairs on the balcony were very uncomfortable. I think they were designed for Admiral General Aladeen's torture chambers!»

«Upon check in the attendant had me swipe my card once and then a second time. claimed the system was not working and proceeded to tell me to swipe my card again. I’m back home and sure enough there are two transactions pending.»

«I love this hotel because it wasn’t in a casino, but very close walking distance to the boardwalk, which made it more of an adventure!»

«This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is centrally located and close to the beach; plus, Bally's Casino is right next door, and there are restaurants on-site (including a donut shop). And there is an indoor pool .You should be aware that parking costs $15 per day, and you may have to wait up to 30 minutes for the elevators—especially when there are events taking place. The beds are on the small side, and—most importantly—the rooms do not have microwaves»

«On a general basis its a really cool hotel and on the surface it's beautiful, but when you look closer it's really old and worn now, and is in desperate need of an upgrade. The carpet was ducktaped together, smells of weed everywhere, and the furniture was absolutely filthy and disgusting. We had to get an extra sheet just to cover the sofa so we could sit in it.
