Other things to note

HOUSE RULES (Please Read)

1. Don't put any object outside the unit. (as condo penalty in memo)

2. Cooking Rules:
- No cooking of any dried fish, bagoong or any strong-smelling food.
- Basic cooking only (limited kitchen materials available)
- When cooking open the bathroom door and lights.
- Don't open the main door while cooking. (as per condo penalty in memo)

3. Please minimize noise as courtesy to our neighbors especially after 9pm. Fine ₱1,000 (as per condo penalty in memo)

4. Avoid stain in bedsheet - Fine ₱950 (for replacement)

5. Strictly no smoking cigarettes and vaping anywhere in the unit and balcony - Fine ₱1,000 (There are smoking areas in Gate 2 and 3, ask the guard for directions)

6. Lost or any damage of furniture and appliances will be charged accordingly.

7. Lost Key. Fine ₱1,000

8. No late check out will be allowed.
- We're strict about the check-out time because we still need to clean and disinfect the room for the next guest.
- Late check out without our permission will be charged hourly.

Note: We could extend your stay if there are no next guests, just inform us 3 hrs before check out time.

9. Inform us if you are checking out early so our caretaker will be adviced ahead of time.

10. Locked drawers and cabinets should not be opened.
- You can use the vacant cabinet or drawer.
- Use only what you need, inform us when using extras, charges may apply.

11. Don't let kids roam around the halls unattended. There are instances where a kid pulled one of the fire alarms.

13. If you leave the balcony door open, please turn off the AC to prevent it from accumulating dusts.

14. Don't make too much mess hihi. (If left messy, cleaning fee would be charged)

15. All snacks & drinks are NOT FREE, inform us if want to buy something, so I can send you the price list and we can make a list. (Sari-Sari Store price lang naman hehe)
