Manantial Charco del Moro

The location of the property was really good with easy access to the city centre, restaurants and the port. There were no views form the apartment which was a bit disappointing. The facilities in the apartment were good with fridge and well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and comfortable with free wifi available. I would have liked actual curtains/blinds at the bedroom window as the net curtains were see-through from the landing outside the apartment. Unfortunately it took us an hour to access the apartment! Although we had already given ALL our details ( just missing our shoe size!) including all our passport info and paid for our stay using a credit card, when we arrived at the door to the apartment we could not access it due to a deposit ( of 0 Euros) not being activated. I followed all the instructions I had on email and phoned the helpline 4 times but with no wifi I couldn't get the authentication from my bank for the 'deposit'. The helpline people were not very helpful and wouldn't give me the door code until my deposit had gone through. I thought the check-in details and process were massively over complicated and this took the edge off our stay.

Brukte hotellet bare en natt - hotellet er eldre og det merkes. Men godt vedlikeholdt. Spiste på den spanske restauranten- nydelig mat og betjening var super hyggelige.
