Fully fitted kitchen, back room and downstairs bathroom with shower. Up stairs bathroom air conditioned lovely bedroom and huge terrace. The outside is what really sells with good size pool, barbecue area and covered dining area, grass area and large parking for many cars. «Älteres Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage bei Binissalem. Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen etc. war dort vorhanden. Der Pool (Luftmatratze und Schwimmtiere vorhanden!) und die Terrasse sind besonders gut. Ebenso gibt es einen großen Carport. Gäste mit kleinen Kindern finden auch Kinderbetten und einen abgeschatteten Spielplatz vor. Unsere Wünsche an das Haus: konstanter Wasserdruck, kein Stromausfall bei Regen, Insektengitter. «We didn’t need the aircondition as it was not that hot anymore in October but I can guess in summer you really miss the aircon in the bedrooms. The mattresses were quite soft for us but that might be personal taste. Otherwise the livingroom was very cozy as well as the big terrace with beautiful views over the mountains and Montuïri. We enjoyed most the terrace and the pool area which was also very clean and well kept.»

«Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed ...

«We have stayed at Miquels house now for the second time. The house is perfectly clean and spotless. Great location, only 10-15 minute drive til Alcudia and Pollenca. The host Miquel is great, good comminication. We stayed at this house 3 years ago, and the condition has not changed, it still looks like new. We enjoyed a lovely week with our family at this house. We will come back.»

«Nous étions 5 adultes et 1 enfant de 2 ans dans cette maison située dans le charmant village de Porreres, situé à 30/45 minutes en voiture de jolies criques du sud est. La maison est à 3 minutes à pieds d'un supermarché (assez cher). Bonne ambiance le soir sur la place du village avec plusieurs restaurants à des prix abordables. Concernant la maison, nous sommes déçus, car les photos publiées sur le site semblent dater d'il y a longtemps. L'accueil se faisant par le biais d'une boite à clés, ...
