«You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. «The shuttle service itself was fine, but the experience with the driver could definitely be improved. He was not very welcoming, seemed impolite at times, and was not particularly helpful during the ride. A friendlier attitude and better customer service would make passengers feel much more comfortable. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to help improve the experience for future customers.»

«Enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was extremely helpful front desk(Cherry and Mario) and cleaning staff. 3 restaurants right on-site and not far from beaches about 3 minutes walking. Hotel offers beach shuttle, umbrellas and chairs,other beautiful beaches 15 minutes by car.»

«We were at windsong for 5 nights and we had a nice stay and enjoyed the beach everyday. Great location for snorkelling- The reef is right there! Staff is amazing and everyone is super helpful. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. «Nice small hotel where you’re just a few steps from everything, beach, pool, reception. Perfect location right on the beach with loungers and umbrellas available for hotel guests, and you also get amazing sunset views. Our room was spacious and clean but needed some updating, not sure if this applies to all the other rooms. «The stay was fantastic. Try to bring bug spray as the mosquitos are alive and well at night time no matter where you are on the island. Everything else was immaculate. Clean room, staff was super helpful and kind, beach views all day, and free parking if you are renting a car. Do remember at about 11pm the gates close so you can't really leave with a car.
