If you want just basic accommodation with shared facilities this place is well worth considering.
The good bits: The staff clearly work very hard to keep everything clean. Showers and toilets are of a very good standard, along with the kitchen area. Towels are provided and a pair of slippers which was a nice touch. It's located about 15 minutes from the centre, so most things are easy to get too.
The not so good bits: Be aware that the rooms are tiny - exactly as advertised but make sure you understand just how small they are. There's air conditioning in the rooms but while I was there it was pretty hopeless. I did mention this to a member of staff who reset my room controls but it didn't make any difference. This meant that the room was quite muggy and airless, so not very comfortable in that respect. Take earplugs. Your packed in with other guests directly above/below and to the side of you, and you can hear every move they make. If you're unlucky and get a noisy neighbour it's like having them in the same room.
If you're traveling light and just want a place to sleep, get clean and be able to prepare you're own food and you can put up with the lack of space and a few other drawbacks as mentioned, this may work well for you. I stayed four nights, apart from the air con and some noise it did the job.
