It has two large bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a beautiful balcony that overlooks a quiet pedestrian street. It has two large bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and a beautiful balcony overlooking the street; and the secondary with two single beds. The living room has a Smart TV, dining table and a comfortable sofa. It is a spacious and very bright space, with a beautiful window to the street. The kitchen is very well equipped, has a washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook. The building has an elevator.

The pedestrian street is one of the most beautiful in the city, with outstanding buildings. It is a comfortable and quiet accommodation in the historic center of the city, a minute 1 minute walk from both Merced Square and Uncibay Square; 3 minutes walk from the Picasso Museum, 2 from the Cervantes Theater, and only 5 minutes walk from the two main monuments of the city: La Alcazaba and the Cathedral. An ideal location to enjoy the downtown atmosphere, shopping streets, restaurants and the life of the most important streets of Malaga.

The apartment has all the comforts for the use of our guests: air conditioning, heating, smart TV, kettle, hair dryer, iron, baby cot, etc. Free WIFI, high-speed internet (optical fiber of 1,000 megabytes, 1 GB).

Guests have an exclusive free medical care service (non-hospital) during their stay through Quirón Salud, a leading hospital group in Spain.



–How to move:

It is exceptionally located, in the center of Malaga. It is one step away from all the monuments and museums. It also has nearby supermarkets and fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to get from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just 12 minutes walk is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. Also the Malaga Centro-Alameda train station is about 17 minutes walk, so you can quickly reach the airport.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. But smoking is allowed on the outside balcony.

CHECK IN: The arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we strive to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request.

PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged for each pet for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning to avoid harming guests allergic to dog or cat hair. We can provide bed and feeder-drinker, upon request.IMPORTANT:As the apartment is very centrally located, there may be noise at night, especially during weekends (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and on public holidays.



SMART TV: The accommodation has smart television through FireTV, which allows the guest to access Youtube, and other applications, as well as their account on Netflix, HBO, etc. This television does not allow access to DTT television channels.
