Supert leilighetshotell med en flott beliggenhet, kjempebra kundeservice av de som jobber der, samt at det er rent og pent. Vil booke rom der ved neste besøk til Malaga, og anbefaler andre til å gjøre det samme. Beliggenheten er rett ved ei gågate med flere kafeer og restauranter.

Sentral og grei leilighet.
Veldig sentralt i forhold til sentrum. 15-20 min å gå til stranda. Moderne og grei leilighet. Utsikt mot havna. Vil kanskje velge hotell med balkong og frokost en annen gang. God service i resepsjon. Obs. Ikke døgnåpen. De bestilte drosje/transport som henta oss presis for retur til flyplassen.

Communication about the check in and parking was rough. Hotel is in a great spot but the service is below medium. Hotel staff most of the time not on site and rooms are not like the pictures. No condiments provided after arrival. No use for a washing machine without soap. When asked they send you to the store. Cleaning only happens once a week and isn’t done well. All surfaces were still dirty.

Dejlig lejlighed med fantastisk beliggenhed. Rengøringen var lidt tvivlende. På hylden på sengbordet lå en massage børste og da det ikke var mi må den tilhører en anden gæst, samt var vi i tvivl om der var kommet rent sengetøj på, da lagnet var krøllet

Great location. Close to old town, market and Port. Apartment was nice, but the ceiling in the shower looked like it was about to fall in. Obviously there had been a flood above. Would recommend to friends.

Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte vor Ort und stießen bereits am ersten Abend auf ungebetene Gäste – Insekten im Bad und später sogar unter dem Bett. Wir informierten die Rezeption, die eine Putzfrau schickte, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Nach unserem Aufenthalt teilten wir der Unterkunft das wiederholte Insektenproblem mit, erhielten jedoch keinerlei Entschädigung. Stattdessen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir die Notrufnummer hätten anrufen sollen ( sind an dem Abend von Halloween angereist und ab 17 Uhr war keiner mehr an der Rezeption) wenn es so schlimm war. Wirklich lächerlich! Absolut enttäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen!

Thanks for sharing your opinion. You were here for 5 nights. We did the weekly cleaning on your third day, and everything was perfect. On your fourth day, you told at reception you have found a little insect so we did the cleaning again and inmediatly. You did not tell anythig before and reception was open daily until 20h, and you also had 24h emergency phone. That was two cleanings in two days. Nothing was found either. Your check-out was next day in the morning and we did not knew anything else about this. New client entered this apartment, with no problem either.We are sorry but there is nothing to compensate, as you enjoyed your Deluxe apartment for the entire stay. Behageligt med mangler
Låge i køkkenet hang til affaldsstativet. Terrassen var lidt kedelig og der lå en død fugl, som havde ligget der længe. sengene var hårde. Forventningerne er anderledes når man betaler for en "penthouse" / Deluxe lejlighed. Jeg har over 80 overnatninger om året ude, og synes jeg, at man topper præsentationen med fine billeder i forhold til virkeligheden. Noget larm fra hovedvejen om morgenen. Men stedet har bestemt også kvaliteter mht beliggenhed og læejlighedens størrelse. Der er dog lidt mangel på udstyr - eksempelvis ingen vinglas.

La localisation est très bien. Facilement accessible et facile d’accès de l’aéroport. Par contre, notre appartement #201 était bien plus petit que sur le site. De plus, l’insonorisation de la seule fenêtre était très mauvaise, en fait, nous pouvions suivre la conversation des passants. Autre point, il y avait beaucoup de mousses sur le plancher. Peut-être relié au filtre du système de changement d’aire. Les deux préposés a l’accueil parlaient bien anglais, par contre pas très chaleureux. Conclusion: Rapport qualités/ prix acceptable.

Luxury accommodations with 2 star amenities
The apartment itself is nice and up-to-date. However, if you are looking for a place to be comfortable and/or productive for a week, pass on this place. For a luxury-style accommodation, everything is about as cheap as it can be, from the linens and pillows to the cookware and utensils. The mattress was hard, the couch had no throw pillows so, if you lean with your back against the arm to work on your computer, it sticks into your back. And, speaking of computers, the wifi is atrocious. It was 10mbps at best (measured for speed) and that is only if you are sitting in the hall by the front door, outside the bathroom. Take your laptop into the dining room and the signal is consistent but slower still. Sit on the couch and the signal drops off every 30 seconds. No signal in the bedroom. I asked if there was an issue with the router and was told that it was working fine and that 10 Mbps is high speed. I stayed here because it has a gym - 1 elliptical, 1 bike and a cable-style weight station. The elliptical is like a child's toy, so lightweight and flimsy that it will rock your iPad right off the media shelf. The employees are friendly and helpful but they can't do much about the amenities. I would not stay here again.

Great stay near to everything
We arrived early and we could leave our luggage and were given a time to come back when the apartment would be ready. Close to shops and the historic centre as well as the port and buses. Would highly recommend.

Adequate
We booked the penthouse. Although perfectly clean and modern it didn’t have the facilities that I would have expected from 4* accommodation. Nevertheless it was five minutes to Calle Larios and Constitutional Square where we normally stay which made it easily accessible to the train, buses, restaurants and shops👍👍

Good location modern apartment
The apartment is in an excellent area in SOHO. Which is convenient for rail and buses - walking distance to old town and harbour and beach. The apts are modern and well equipped. Check in is late at 5pm as the office downstairs does not re open until then. ( you can drop bags off if arrive before 12) We had asked for a room on a higher floor but were given one on 1st floor ( which is really like ground floor as only 3 ft from street level) so had some noise from street and restaurant opposite. But the area is quiet at night ( when restaurant closes which was late on Fri and Sat) There are only 2 of these rooms! Beds are all super king size and quite firm but comfortable There are no wine glasses
