Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Welcome to Uzer, a stylish and inviting 2-bedroom apartment situated in the Recoletos neighborhood of Madrid. This area is known for its elegance and central location, offering easy access to some of Madrid's most renowned attractions, shopping districts, and cultural landmarks. With its beach design theme and contemporary amenities, Uzer offers a comfortable and captivating space for your stay in this vibrant city.

Covering an area of 110 square meters, this apartment is thoughtfully designed to combine modern functionality with a soothing beach-inspired aesthetic. Uzer features two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed that promises a peaceful night's sleep. Both bedrooms are complemented by dedicated workstations, providing convenient spaces for any work or study needs you may have during your stay. One of the bedrooms even features a French balcony, while the other boasts an ensuite bathroom. Both bathrooms are complete with a luxurious bathtub for your relaxation.

The living room serves as a hub of relaxation and entertainment, boasting a complete entertainment system that allows you to unwind with your favorite shows and movies. A dining table invites you to enjoy delicious meals or engage in engaging conversations with your friends and family. The striped wooden details and woven chairs add a beach flare to the space. The fully furnished kitchen offers all the essentials you need for cooking and dining, while creating a practical and stylish culinary space.

For your comfort, air conditioning units are available in the apartment, ensuring you can adjust the temperature to your preference and enjoy a pleasant indoor environment. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets; fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
